Nevada loads, planned in house
We are USDOT 3906954 and MC 1441035. We haul single pieces from 70,000 up to 300,000 lbs on 8 to 22 axle setups. Our in house permitting team pulls permits in every state on the route, including Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) over dimensional vehicle permits for Nevada, and our own escorts and utility bucket trucks run with the load.

Before the move
How we plan a Nevada load
Every Nevada move starts with an NDOT over dimensional vehicle permit. Our permitting team checks the size, weight and route against the Nevada rules, then sets the pilot cars and travel windows the permit calls for.
Unless the permit allows otherwise, an oversize load moves in daylight on weekdays, outside holiday hours. On two or three lane roads, pilot cars start over 12'W, and over 15'6"H the lead pilot car carries a clearance pole.
Over 17'W on two or three lane roads, 19'W on four or more lanes, or 18'H, NDOT treats the load as a super load, and the request goes in at least 10 business days before the move. Our 22 axle setups carry loads up to 300,000 lbs.
