Tall, wide and on time
Data center gear is tall, wide and tied to a site schedule. We haul modules, skids, enclosures and switchgear buildings on well, perimeter and multi axle trailers, plan each route around height and width, and run our own escorts and utility bucket trucks. Your site team can follow every load on a live GPS link.

How we move data center gear
Four steps, one team
Height and width set most routes, so the trailer, the route and the escorts are planned together.
Permits and routing
Our in house team handles the permits and routing for every state and province on the route, and every route is reviewed turn by turn with the driver before the move.
Engineered load plan
Load plans are engineered with industry engineering partners and trailer manufacturers, then matched to the right setup from our fleet.
Escorts and utility
Our own escort vehicles and utility bucket trucks run with the load, lifting lines and clearing the way. Police escorts run with the load when the permit calls for them, as on our 300,000 lb gross dryer drum move.
Site delivery and tracking
Samsara GPS and a dash cam on every truck, with a live share link on request, so your site team can plan the set around the load's real position.

What data center equipment do you move?

Can you move several loads as a convoy?
Yes. Our 19'W to 24'W loads out of the Port of Houston moved as a convoy to Arizona, with police escorts and utility trucks.
How tall and long can a load be?
It depends on the route and each state's permit. Our switchgear building move ran 185'L x 17'W x 17'H loaded, with route surveys and extensive bridge studies first.
Can the site team track the loads?
Yes. Every truck runs Samsara GPS and a dash cam, and we send a live share link on request.
