New Albany and Licking County planning

Power equipment delivery to a developing campus

A street address is not enough when the receiving campus is still changing. For a New Albany area delivery, send the current gate location, site contact and a drawing showing where the trailer will stop. Tell us whether the access road is complete and whether the crane crew has confirmed the unloading area. Those details help distinguish a transport request from a construction appointment that is not yet ready to accept equipment.

The City of New Albany reported data center investment and campus construction in August 2025. Intel publishes records of semiconductor construction and superload deliveries to its Ohio One campus in 2024. These are reasons to develop useful local delivery guidance, not evidence that we work for those companies. No project opening date or delivery volume is promised here. Our published transformer delivery to Obetz is a separate example of our work in the Columbus region.

Local sources: AWS, INTEL.

For wider Columbus area delivery briefs, including Marysville plant pickups covered on the Columbus page, see Columbus heavy haul. This page focuses on campus and power equipment receiving readiness.

Route review before dispatch

SR 161 with I 270 and I 70 connections, to be checked against the precise destination. These are regional connections, not an approved route for your load. Licking and Franklin county travel windows; unfinished access, utilities and receiver readiness. No Intel route reuse.

ODOT special hauling permission is specific to the designated highways, points and travel times. Local roads and the Ohio Turnpike require permission from their own authorities. Posted bridge weight reductions must be obeyed. A load above 14 feet 10 inches requires coordination with overhead sign, signal and utility owners. See Ohio permit conditions and the Special Hauling Permits Office. Check current ODOT advisories before travel.

Published work, with the location kept clear

Our Obetz transformer delivery. Our published move records a 160,000 lb transformer delivered to Obetz, Ohio in December 2024, with permits handled by our in house team. It is not evidence of a job in another city.

Reliable Transport LLC is an asset based heavy haul carrier using 8 to 22 axle setups for pieces from 70,000 up to 300,000 lbs, across the USA and Canada. Equipment selection and route suitability depend on the actual load.
